The Society is also compiling Tune lists of ALL mechanical musical
instruments, from Pianola, player organ, organette, disc musical
boxes etc. Members send in lists of tunes in their collection and
from the tune number, title and composer the original catalogues
are re-created.
These can be used to identify titles where they
are illegible on 100 year old music, or just to establish what tunes
might be obtainable for a particular instrument.
The current lists are shown below - (click on the name to open the
pdf file). If you have tunes not shown in the lists, please send
details to the Archivist using the "Information" form
at the bottom of the page.
